Martin Storgaard Schnipper specialises in construction law and real estate. He provides advice on construction law, including contracts and disputes in the building and construction industry. He assists with ongoing advice throughout the course of a project as well as with the handling of disagreements and conflicts in connection with building and construction projects.
In addition, Martin advises on legal matters relating to real estate, including property transactions, planning and environmental law and matters concerning houseowners’ or homeowners’ associations. In connection with property transactions, he assists with drafting and negotiating contracts and with legal due diligence, among other things.
