Joakim Bondesen primarily specialises in insurance law, professional liability and tort law. In addition, he provides advice and assistance within construction law and in relation to disputes in the building and construction sector, with particular focus on dispute resolution and mediation.
Joakim conducts cases before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. He also advises on all matters related to the building and construction industry.
Furthermore, Joakim advises clients on general commercial law matters, including commercial contracts. Joakim has experience from positions as attorney with law firms, in-house attorney with insurance companies, and most recently as CLO and CEO in a company focusing on green fuel particularly for the shipping industry.
Joakim has conducted a large number of cases before the Danish district courts and High Courts, and he has lectured at Forsikringsakademiet (The Danish Insurance Academy) and in various networks in his main practice areas.
