DENNIS HOFMANN

Profile

Dennis Hofmann is specialised in real estate. He advises Danish and international businesses as well as organisations on all aspects of real estate, including in particular commercial lease law, residential lease law, purchase/sale of rental properties, including valuation of rental properties, as well as construction law. He has conducted a considerable number of legal and arbitration proceedings related to real estate.

In addition, Dennis has experience in project development of real estate, both in legal terms and on a practical level, and advises property developers on the purchase of properties and project planning, including the financial and construction law aspects.

Dennis has held a large number of courses on commercial lease law subjects and on valuation of rental properties, for instance under the auspices of EjendomDanmark, Byens Ejendom and at the premises of several of the largest property managers/real estate companies in Denmark.
